Overview
The Instrumental Analysis Group at Technical Division of School of Engineering at Tohoku University was founded March 2005 and has been supported studies of researchers through the chemical analysis. Currently we can respond to requests from all departments and faculties of Tohoku University. Moreover, we are possible to respond to technical guidance and analysis consultation to institutions in Japan outside Tohoku University by "Academic Consulting" established to promote industry-university collaboration.

Annoucement on safety of samples
Please inform the person in charge of analysis in advance about the information on safety and harmlessness of samples and specimens when the user requests analysis or when using the equipment.

This facility is a shared use facility of universities in Japan. Please note that we cannot respond to requests from countries other than Japan.
